We are a concerned group of your neighbors advocating for a better community through a partnership and open communication between the HOA board and homeowners.

This website is an UNOFFICIAL page for residents put together by residents. We are concerned about the cost of the current plan to repair our siding, porches, and decks which is expected to cost more than $75,000 per unit.

We feel there is a BETTER WAY that is more Homeowner-centered and cost-effective involving contractors working on behalf of homeowners to do what is truly needed. We cannot get behind a plan that requires each homeowner to spend far in excess of what the plan will create in value. We need to focus on cost-containment and making sure ALL Widgeon Way homeowners are protected as we move forward.

If you cannot access the meeting without a password and NO password is given on the FSR website (like for the meetings May 14th and May 21st) , EMAIL EVERYONE you know in the community until you get the code. They did send the CODE 162070 for this meeting via email on 5/28, but we have recieved bad info in the past.
